Definitely deserves more than 3.6 stars. The quality of the food exceeds many 4.5 star restaurants I have gone too. The place is very vibey and the seasoning of the food is balanced well. They are very attentive and kind.

04/26/2024 Dropped by here for dinner, haven't visited Armando's for 4 years since they moved from their old location on Garvey/Orange Ave in Monterey Park. The owner recognized us right away. The food is still tasty good from years past. I ordered the Armando's Mex Carnitas burrito, Vanessa the owner asked if I wanted red or green sauce I asked which is spicier? She said she can put Habanero sauce in it. I Yes I'll have that. I love hot jalapeños and chill peppers. I love the chips and bean dip they serve too!
My first time here a friend recommended it and I'm glad I went with a friend to try after a hike was perfect, food was so good I finished all Customer service is awesome the such a sweet waitress make sure we were well attended. Isn't in a nice place, is a plaza and parking lot is dirty and packed. But it's worth a visit.
